Spam and call-flood protectionfor Bland agents.
Connect with an API key. Every call your agent takes is scored against traffic from every protected number, with what it cost, and you're told before the meter runs.
Three numbers free. About two minutes to connect.
Why Bland agents get flooded.
Anyone can dial it
Your agent answers every call. A script can place a thousand.
The bill climbs while it rings
Every minute is billed to you, whoever was on the line.
Two ways in.
Start with the first. The second adds to it.
An API key
Scores, alerts and cost on every call. No code, two minutes.

A webhook
The same, the moment each call ends rather than on the next sync.

- Advanced
- Paste it as the webhook
For outbound calls, send the same URL as each call's webhook. A signing secret from Bland's Settings, Keys, pasted into your connection, gets every delivery checked.
What you see for every call.
Inputs are phone numbers, timestamps and what Bland already records about each call. Never audio, never words.
Cost per call
What Bland billed for it, in dollars, as they report it.
Who spoke when
Each line of the conversation and when it came. Never the words themselves.
The caller's history
Whether this number has hit other protected agents, and how recently.
A score and a verdict
Every call, inbound or outbound, with the reasons. Alerts by webhook, email, SMS or a phone call.
Questions people ask first.
- Do I need to change my agent?
- No. The API key path reads calls from their API and touches nothing. The webhook is optional, and your agent answers exactly as before.
- Does Murusai hear the calls?
- No. It never receives audio or recordings. It reads Bland's record of the call: the numbers, the timing, what it cost, and when each line was said. Transcripts are measured and dropped on arrival.
- Can it end a bad call for me?
- Not yet. Bland can end a call through its API, but Murusai sees a Bland call when it ends, so there is nothing left to stop. Until Bland publishes what its in-call events contain, Guard scores and alerts on Bland rather than hanging up.
- What happens if Murusai goes down?
- Nothing, to your calls. Imports resume where they left off and webhooks are fire-and-forget. Murusai is behind the number, never in the call path.
- Why is the first sync slower than other platforms?
- Bland's call list has no price or transcript, so each call is read in full. Ongoing syncs are small and quick; only a large backfill is noticeable.
- What does it cost?
- Watch is free for three numbers, for as long as you like. Guard is $20 a month paid yearly, or $29 month to month, for unlimited numbers. No per-call charges on either.
- Is Murusai affiliated with Bland?
- No. Bland is an independent company and its name belongs to it. Murusai works with their public API and webhooks, the same ones available to any customer.
Three numbers, free, for as long as you like.
An API key and two minutes. Nothing changes about how your agent answers.
