Before you pay.
- What's the difference between Watch and Guard?
- What happens to a bad call. On Watch we score it and tell you, by webhook and email, and you hang up. On Guard we end it for you through your platform, text or call you as well, and put the gate in front of carrier numbers so a suspicious caller is challenged before your agent answers.
- Is there a per-call or per-minute charge?
- No, on any plan. We read every call, however many there are. Guard is $29 a month whatever your volume.
- Can I stay on the free plan?
- For as long as you like. Three numbers, alerts by webhook and email, the live monitor and the network's memory from day one. It isn't a trial.
- What happens if I cancel Guard?
- You keep Guard until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account moves to Watch. Nothing is deleted; you keep your history and your first three numbers stay protected.
- How do I pay, and where are the invoices?
- By card, through Stripe. Every invoice is in the billing page under Manage billing, as a PDF.
- When is Enterprise the right plan?
- When you protect numbers for many clients, want same-hour onboarding, or want your own signal kept private rather than shared with the network. Talk to us and we'll price it for your volume.
