For Retell

Spam and call-flood protectionfor Retell agents.

Connect with an API key. Every call your agent takes is scored against traffic from every protected number, with what it cost, and you're told to hang up before the meter runs.

Three numbers free. About two minutes to connect.

Why Retell agents get flooded.

Anyone can dial it

Your agent answers every call. A script can place a thousand.

The bill climbs while it rings

Every minute is billed to you, whoever was on the line.

Two ways in.

Start with the first. The second adds to it.

An API key

Scores, alerts and cost on every call. No code, two minutes.

The same, as each call starts and ends, with who spoke when once Retell has analysed it.

What you see for every call.

Inputs are phone numbers, timestamps and what Retell already records about each call. Never audio, never words.

Cost per call

What Retell billed for it, as Retell reports it.

The caller's history

Whether this number has hit other protected agents, and how recently.

A score and a verdict

Every call, with the reasons and the shape of the conversation. Alerts by webhook, email, SMS or a phone call.

An export

Your calls as CSV whenever you want them, on any plan.

Questions people ask first.

Do I need to change my Retell agent?
No. The API key path reads calls from Retell's API and touches nothing. Your agent answers exactly as before.
Does Murusai hear the calls?
No. It never receives audio. It reads Retell's record of the call: the numbers, the timing and what it cost. On the webhook path the transcript is measured and dropped as it arrives: how long each side spoke and how much, never the words.
What happens if Murusai goes down?
Nothing, to your calls. Retell's webhooks are fire-and-forget and imports resume where they left off. Murusai is behind the number, never in the call path.
Does it work with numbers bought inside Retell?
Yes. Scoring, alerts and cost work on any Retell number.
Does it cover outbound calls?
On the webhook path, yes: Retell sends the same events for calls your agent places. The API key import reads inbound calls.
What does it cost?
Watch is free for three numbers, for as long as you like, with alerts on every channel. Guard is $29 a month for unlimited numbers and calls. There are no per-call charges on either plan.
Is Murusai affiliated with Retell?
No. Retell is an independent company and its name belongs to it. Murusai works with Retell's public API, the same one available to any customer.

Three numbers, free, for as long as you like.

An API key and two minutes. Nothing changes about how your agent answers.
