For agencies
Every client you run, protected. One plan. Their alerts, to them.
You run voice agents for other businesses, and every one of their numbers is a number somebody can flood. Agency is Guard for all of them at once: each client filed, each client's alerts routed to its own people, and a bill that follows how many you run.
The plan
$149a month
10 clients included. $7 a month for each client after, prorated the day you add it. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
- 10 clients: $149 a month
- 20 clients: $219 a month
- 40 clients: $359 a month
The same clients on Guard, one account each, would be $29 a month apiece. Agency is cheaper from the fourth client on, and it is one login, one bill, one place to look at three in the morning.

What you get
- Everything Guard does, for every client
- Unlimited numbers, a hundred thousand scored calls a day, the live monitor, the gate, calls ended for you, texts and phone calls to your on-call.
- Clients, filed
- Every number belongs to a client. Alerts, the call log and the CSV export cut by client, so a report for one customer is one click.
- Each client's alerts to its own people
- A client can have its own webhook, signed with its own secret, and its own inboxes. They hear about their floods; you hear about all of them.
- A bill that follows your clients
- 10 clients included. Each after is $7 a month, prorated the day you add it, gone the day you remove it.
- Your team, one login
- Owners, admins and members, two-factor, and where everyone signed in from. Read-only API keys for the client who wants their own dashboard.
- The network, on every number
- A caller flooding one of your clients is known to all of them, and to every other agent we protect, before the second call lands.
Setting it up
Three things, in an afternoon. Nothing your clients have to do.
- 01Connect what your clients run onVapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Synthflow: an API key each. Or a carrier number with the gate, or your own stack through the API.
- 02File each number under a clientNumbers → the number → Client. Imported numbers can be filed in bulk.
- 03Point each client's alerts where they belongClients → the client → Routing. A webhook, inboxes, or both. Yours keep firing too.
The details are in the documentation: per-client routing, filing numbers by API, and every limit on the plan.
Questions
- What counts as a client?
- A business you protect numbers for. You make one under Clients and file numbers under it. Ten are included; each after is $7 a month.
- Is Agency per number or per client?
- Per client. A client can have as many numbers as it likes.
- Does my client see Murusai?
- Only if you want them to. Alerts to their webhook are yours to render however you like. Alerts to their inbox carry the Murusai design and say who protects them: "for Bright Dental, protected by your agency." There is no white-label; there is also nothing to hide.
- Can a client have its own login?
- Not yet. Today a client is a place alerts and reports go, not a person who signs in. Read-only API keys are the workaround for a client who wants a dashboard of their own.
- How is it billed?
- Monthly, by card, through Stripe. The client item on the invoice moves when your client count does, prorated. Cancel any time; you keep it to the end of the month and move to Watch.
- We run more than fifty clients.
