- Do I need to change my agent?
- No. The API key path reads calls from their API and touches nothing. The webhook is optional and your agent answers exactly as before.
- Does Murusai hear the calls?
- No. It never receives audio. It reads their record of the call: the numbers, the timing, what it cost, and where each turn fell. Transcripts are measured and dropped on arrival.
- Can it end a bad call for me?
- Not through ElevenLabs: their platform has no way for a server to end a call in progress. If the call came in over Twilio, they hand us the Twilio call id, which is the one handle that can end it, so connect Twilio too and Guard can use it.
- What happens if Murusai goes down?
- Nothing, to your calls. Imports resume where they left off and webhooks are fire-and-forget. Murusai is behind the number, never in the call path.
- Why is the first sync slower than other platforms?
- Their conversation list carries no phone numbers, so each call has to be read in full to find them. Ongoing syncs are small and quick; only a large backfill is noticeable.
- What does it cost?
- Watch is free for three numbers, for as long as you like. Guard is $20 a month paid yearly, or $29 month to month, for unlimited numbers. No per-call charges on either.
- Is Murusai affiliated with ElevenLabs?
- No. ElevenLabs is an independent company and its name belongs to it. Murusai works with their public API and webhooks, the same ones available to any customer.
