Spam and call-flood protectionfor Synthflow agents.
Connect with an API key. Every call is scored against traffic from every protected number, and on Guard a bad caller is turned away before your agent ever answers.
Three numbers free. About two minutes to connect.
Why Synthflow agents get flooded.
Anyone can dial it
Your agent answers every call. A script can place a thousand.
The bill climbs while it rings
Every minute is billed to you, whoever was on the line.
Two ways in.
Start with the first. The second adds to it.
An API key
Scores and alerts on every call. No code, two minutes.

- Paste it
Your agents are found on their own; there is nothing to pick.
The gate
A verdict before the call connects, and on Guard a caller we would reject is turned away.

- Paste it
Synthflow asks us about an inbound call about ten seconds before it connects. No carrier setup, no number to move.
What you see for every call.
Inputs are phone numbers, timestamps and what Synthflow already records about each call. Never audio, never words.
A score and a verdict
Every call, with the reasons. Alerts by webhook, email, SMS or a phone call.
The caller's history
Whether this number has hit other protected agents, and how recently.
Calls that never connected
A script that dials and drops leaves a trail of zero-length failures. They count.
An export
Your calls as CSV whenever you want them, on any plan.
Questions people ask first.
- Do I need to change my agent?
- Only to use the gate, and then only to paste one URL into its inbound call webhook. The API key path alone touches nothing.
- How does the gate turn a caller away?
- Synthflow asks our URL about an inbound call before it connects. On Guard, a caller we would reject gets the answer their own docs define as a disconnect, so the call never reaches your agent and never costs you a minute. On Watch it always passes through and you get the alert instead.
- What if Murusai is slow or down?
- The call goes through. We pass a caller on whenever we cannot answer in time or cannot read the number, and Synthflow falls back to your default agent if we say nothing at all. We would rather let a bad call through than drop a good one.
- Does it show what each call cost?
- No. Synthflow prices by the minute across your workspace rather than per call, so there is no figure on a call to show. Everything else is there.
- Is there a live monitor?
- Not on Synthflow. Their transcript arrives without timings, so there is nothing to measure a conversation's shape against. You get the gate, scores, history and alerts.
- What does it cost?
- Watch is free for three numbers, for as long as you like. Guard is $20 a month paid yearly, or $29 month to month, for unlimited numbers. No per-call charges on either.
- Is Murusai affiliated with Synthflow?
- No. Synthflow is an independent company and its name belongs to it. Murusai works with their public API and webhooks, the same ones available to any customer.
Three numbers, free, for as long as you like.
An API key and two minutes. Nothing changes about how your agent answers.
